Thompson R. Pearcy

Thompson R. Pearcy is a Partner in the Charleston, West Virginia office of the law firm Bowles Rice LLP, where he currently serves as the group leader of the firm’s Securities and Public Finance Practice Group.

Mr. Pearcy focuses his practice on commercial and financial law, and has experience in public finance and municipal bonds, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial lending, private offerings, contract negotiation, creditors’ rights issues and securities regulation and compliance matters.

He earned his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2012, and is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association and the West Virginia State Bar.
